Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, Chukwuma Ekomaru SAN has been in continuous active practice for over four decades. He was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria — the highest formal recognition of professional standing in Nigerian legal practice — following independent review by the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee.

His practice spans civil and criminal litigation at all court levels, election petitions, real estate and land law, corporate governance, arbitration, fundamental human rights, and tax disputes. He leads the firm from both the Abuja head office and the Owerri branch.
